EPAM Systems, Inc. is seeking a Lead Revenue Analyst to strengthen Revenue operations with sharp corporate finance skills and meticulous attention to detail.

You will partner with EPAM Global Finance to support revenue operations, forecasting, and account insights across a 300+ expert organization. Responsibilities include revenue calculations, close activities, forecast delivery, contract term reviews, data integrity, and audit support.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in finance, economics, accounting or audit.
• Advanced Excel proficiency with pivot tables, charts and formulas.
• Proficiency in MS Office tools (Word, PowerPoint).
• English proficiency at B2+ (written and spoken).
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills across teams and clients.

Responsabilidades

• Calculate revenue using timesheets, contracts and internal policies.
• Prepare accounts for monthly and annual close and analyze revenue by period and drivers of volatility.
• Deliver short-term and long-term revenue forecasts.
• Review contract terms, assist drafting and budgeting efforts.
• Enter data into internal systems and ensure accuracy of submissions.
• Produce reports for internal stakeholders and customers.
• Advise project teams on revenue recognition, invoicing and time reporting.
• Coordinate with auditors and provide audit support.
