EPAM Systems is seeking a Lead Python Engineer - AI to drive the agent layer of an automated security platform. You will design and ship intelligent agents in Python using Google ADK, collaborating with cross-functional teams to embed capabilities across the Assurance platform.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years of Python leadership, experience with Google ADK, BMAD, and spec-driven development, and can work effectively in distributed teams with English at B2 level or higher.

Formación

• Lead/senior-level background with 5+ years of Python engineering experience.
• Hands-on experience with Google ADK, building agents and multi-agent workflows.
• Strong knowledge of BMAD methodology.
• Spec-driven / documentation-first development practices.
• Ability to work independently across distributed teams.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and release AI agents in Google ADK (Python), including tools and skills.
• Design agentic workflows to autonomously detect, triage, and remediate vulnerabilities.
• Coordinate with Java and React engineers to embed agents in the Assurance platform.
• Apply spec-driven development, ensuring features map to specs.
• Shape architectural choices for agent design, execution, and platform reliability.
• Work autonomously within distributed, cross-functional teams.
