• Collaborative design approach with cross-functional teams.
• 7+ years of relevant experience, preferably in a creative agency.
• Bachelor's degree as specified.
• Strong visual storytelling, design systems, typography, and editorial design.
• Translate complex ideas into clear visual stories for executives.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint, Google Slides, Keynote, Canva; familiarity with Figma.
• Minimum B2 English; strong written and verbal communication.
• Leadership and ability to mentor other designers.

Responsabilidades

• Foster collaboration and share best practices within the creative team.
• Present concepts and design rationale to stakeholders.
• Participate in new business pitches, executive presentations, and strategic visuals.
• Manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
• Design and develop corporate presentations, decks, and visual materials.
• Create and maintain presentation templates, visual systems, and branded assets.
