AgileEngine, LLC. is seeking a Flutter Developer to take technical ownership of a new iOS product using Flutter. You will drive greenfield development and translate product needs into actionable engineering tasks, while building familiarity with iOS and low-level technology as needed.

You will supervise AI-assisted development, review generated code, and ensure the implementations meet the intended results. Flexibility for working from home and office remains available to optimize productivity.

Formación

• Strong hands-on Flutter engineering experience (≥3 years).
• Ability to lead greenfield product development as the sole engineer.
• Critical thinking: break complex problems into clear steps and ask useful questions.
• Ability to supervise AI-assisted development and review generated code.
• Willingness to learn beyond the primary stack (C++ packages, frontend tasks, CI/CD).

Responsabilidades

• Take technical ownership of a new iOS product developed with Flutter.
• Drive greenfield implementation and translate product needs into engineering tasks.
• Develop the product using Flutter while understanding surrounding iOS and low-level tech.
• Investigate and resolve unfamiliar technical problems with team and AI tools.
• Use Claude Code daily while ensuring correctness and quality of implementations.
• Assist adjacent engineering tasks like build and delivery workflows when needed.
