EPAM Systems is looking for a Lead Software Engineer (AdTech) in Colombia to architect and build high-performance ad serving systems. This role involves setting technical direction, mentoring senior engineers, and engaging with major industry partners. Candidates should have over 5 years of software engineering experience, particularly in ad serving systems, and a strong proficiency in relevant technologies. Formación

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience, with at least 3 years in ad tech platforms.
• Production ownership of high-volume ad serving systems.
• Deep proficiency in systems languages and OpenRTB standards.

Responsabilidades

• Architect and write code for high-performance ad serving systems.
• Set technical direction and mentor engineering teams.
• Own auction-level economics and assess latency impacts.

Conocimientos

Software engineering experience

Systems languages (Go, Java, C++, Rust)

OpenRTB and VAST command

Experience with SSAI

Header-bidding architecture

Google Ad Manager APIs expertise

AWS fluency

Distributed systems literacy

FinOps understanding

Advanced English proficiency
