Search Atlas is a remote-first marketing platform powering data-driven decisions across LATAM and the US. We seek a Lead Accountant to own US GAAP-based month-end close, cash forecasting, payroll, and AR/collections, with AI-augmented workflows.

You will build scalable processes, implement automation, and report to leadership on a monthly basis. You will manage a global cash posture, coordinate payroll, and ensure compliance.

Formación

• 5+ years of accounting experience working directly for US based companies.
• You've built workflow or automation with AI to handle a part of your job
• Working knowledge of US GAAP you can back up with real decisions you've made. (A CPA license is a bonus)
• You've converted books from cash to accrual, or cleaned up books that weren't GAAP compliant
• You've owned month end close end to end
• You've built a cash forecast from scratch, not just maintained someone else's.
• Strong working proficiency in QuickBooks.
• You translate finance into plain language for people who don't work in finance.
• You've rolled out a process to people outside your team and gotten them to use it.
• You know what to delegate and what to you own hands on
• Able to work EST or PST hours.
• Nice to have: SaaS revenue experience, Ramp, Bill.com, Deel, or Stripe.

Compensation: $18 - $25 USD per hour

Benefits: 15 days PTO. Christmas Day and New Year's Day paid off.
