Formación

• 2+ years of experience in a similar analyst role for Compensation + Benefits.
• Solid understanding of LATAM labor laws and tax regulations.
• High level of accuracy in data entry and review.

Responsabilidades

• Execute administration of regional benefits programs.
• Conduct market research and salary surveys.
• Generate reports on total rewards metrics.
• Support the onboarding process for new colleagues.
• Monitor regional compliance requirements.
