A software consultancy is seeking a Mid-Senior level Laravel and React Developer for a remote position across Latin America. The ideal candidate has over 4 years of experience with Laravel (8 and above) and a strong background in frontend development with React. What We Are Looking For

• 4+ years of experience with Laravel, specifically with Laravel 8 and above.
• Experience with Eloquent ORM, Laravel Authentication, Laravel Query Builder.
• Experience with testing tools, such as Pest PHP, PHPUnit, Laravel Dusk, Playwright.
• Experience with Inertia.js and RESTful API in Laravel.
• Experience with frontend development (React, Vue.js, Laravel Livewire, etc).
• Experience with Tailwind CSS is a bonus.
• Ability to take extreme ownership over your work. Every day is a challenge to ensure you are performing to the expectations you and your team have agreed upon, both regarding estimates and the general process.
• Ability to identify with Bluelight's clients' goals and dedicate yourself to delivering on the commitments you and your team make to them.
