Capgemini Engineering in Bogotá seeks a skilled Support Engineer to provide operational and troubleshooting support for Kubernetes-based platform services, including Port.io and an Argo DevSecOps framework. You will work with developers and operations teams to ensure platform reliability and performance.

The role requires hands-on experience with container orchestration, cloud-native deployments, and distributed systems.

Formación

• Production experience managing Kubernetes clusters
• Experience with cloud and on‑prem environments
• Familiarity with Port.io or similar services
• Strong understanding of Docker/containerization
• Proficiency with Helm charts and Kubernetes manifests
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation
• Experience with monitoring/logging tools like Dynatrace/Prometheus

Responsabilidades

• Provide operational and troubleshooting support for Kubernetes clusters and Port.io platform services
• Monitor health and performance using Dynatrace, Prometheus, Grafana, and Kibana
• Investigate networking, storage, security, and deployment issues in Kubernetes
• Collaborate with development and operations teams to improve stability and automation
• Troubleshoot container images and ensure containers run correctly
• Manage Helm charts, Argo CD, Flux CD, YAMLs, and deployment artifacts
• Utilize GitLab CI runners and contribute to automation scripting
• Develop and maintain support process documentation
• Respond to incidents and communicate status to stakeholders
• Participate in on‑call rotation for 24/7 coverage
