Junior Web Developer — Build a Fast, SEO-First Site

Two Travel; Colombia; Presencial; COP 33.480.000 - 39.060.000; Jornada completa

Descripción de la vacante

Two Travel, a luxury travel concierge and DMC serving US/Canadian travelers across Colombia and Mexico, seeks a Web Developer Junior to rebuild the site for speed, SEO, and modern architecture.

You will migrate from WordPress+Elementor to a lean, fast system (block-based theme or headless WP with Next.js/Astro), preserve rankings, maintain HubSpot forms and GA4, and ensure multilingual structure with hreflang.

Formación

• 3+ years building high-performance marketing sites.
• Deep WordPress internals knowledge (not just page builders).
• Proven SEO-safe migration experience with traffic data.
• Strong Core Web Vitals track record with Lighthouse/CrUX results.
• Ability to work from ticketed specs and SEO tracker with an advisor.

Responsabilidades

• Propose and own the target architecture—lightweight WP theme or headless WP front end; build it.
• Hit green Core Web Vitals on mobile across 500+ pages.
• Execute a zero-loss SEO migration: URL inventory, 1:1 redirects, preserved metadata & schema.
• Implement clean schema markup for LocalBusiness, Product, aggregateRating, geo data per city.
• Rebuild templates for city hubs, villa/boat listings, experiences, and blog.
• Keep HubSpot forms/tracking, GA4, and UTM attribution intact.
• Manage multilingual structure (English primary, Spanish) with proper hreflang.
