Junior Verse Developer — Remote in Colombia

Pandvil is expanding its Colombia presence and seeking an early member for its growing team. The role starts fully remote within Colombia, with a move toward a physical office in Medellín or Bogotá as the team settles.

You will work on Verse-based gameplay, UI, and progression systems within UEFN, contributing to a cross-border, collaborative studio culture focused on ambitious, top-tier experiences.

Formación

• Experience with Verse & UEFN or 3+ years in game engines/editors (Godot/UE/Unity) with Verse understanding
• 1-2 years in UGC ecosystems (Roblox/Fortnite/Minecraft) is a plus
• Ability to communicate effectively in English both verbally and in writing

Responsabilidades

• Learn and maintain existing and new projects passed down from other teams
• Implement gameplay mechanics using Verse (UEFN)
• Develop and extend flexible progression systems
• Implement UI using Unreal Motion Graphics (UMG) with Verse UI/Fields
• Optimize UEFN islands memory usage and performance
• Debug and fix technical issues as they arise
