KittySpout is seeking a Junior Media Buyer to join a fully remote, fast-growing team. You’ll launch ads quickly, manage multi-channel campaigns and budgets, and work directly with the Head of Growth to advance from Junior to Head of Paid/Growth.

You’ll handle high-volume paid media (~$2.5M+ monthly) with a focus on Meta buying, primarily Facebook, and collaborate across Shopify, Amazon, and Chewy. The role emphasizes rapid learning, data-driven decisions, and a strong growth trajectory.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Meta media buying experience (1–3 years) with Facebook as main specialty.
• Strong focus on achieving spend and CPA targets across multiple platforms.
• Experience managing budgets and ad campaigns with attention to detail and speed.

Responsibilities

• Launch daily ads across Facebook, Google, AppLovin, TikTok and Snapchat.
• Manage budgets and campaigns, surf and scale budgets every few hours.
• Optimize ads daily to hit spend and CPA targets and document SOPs.
