INDI Staffing Services is seeking a Junior M&A Analyst to assist the corporate development team with financial modeling, market research, and due diligence. You will support valuation efforts and prepare management reports under guidance from senior professionals.

You will gain experience in corporate finance and strategic analysis while collaborating with cross-functional teams on transaction processes.

Qualifications

• 1+ year in corporate development or related field.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related discipline.
• Basic knowledge of valuation techniques.
• Familiarity with financial statements analysis.
• Strong research abilities.
• Good level of English.

Responsibilities

• Assisting in financial analysis and valuation of target companies.
