Formación

We are seeking a Junior Interactive Designer with a strong interest and skills in animation, motion graphics, and interactive digital advertising. This is not a UX/UI product design role. You’ll work on dynamic, animated mobile ad experiences and motion-driven creative concepts for major brands.

To thrive in this role, you must be a self-starter who loves bringing ideas to life through movement, interactivity, and visually stunning animation.

Responsibilities
  • Design and animate cutting‑edge mobile advertising experiences for client campaigns.
  • Build interactive, motion‑rich ad units using Celtra, Adobe After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
  • Produce standards‑compliant interactive ads using rich media authoring tools.
  • Apply user‑centered thinking to make animations intuitive and engaging (not product UI design).
  • Bring big ideas to life through motion, concepting, and visually compelling animated assets.
  • Stay up‑to‑date with animation trends, interactive technologies, and emerging ad formats.
Required Skills & Abilities
  • Advanced English proficiency.
  • Skills in After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, and/or Celtra are a strong plus.
  • Portfolio must include motion graphics and animation work.
  • Strong visual design talent and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Basic understanding of interaction principles as applied to animated ad experiences.
  • Ability to multitask and meet fast‑paced deadlines in a creative and dynamic environment.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Proactive attitude, strong ownership, and commitment to quality.
  • Familiarity with mobile advertising or digital media is a plus.
Education & Experience
  • 1–2 years of experience in animation, motion graphics, interactive design, or digital advertising.
  • Experience with motion graphics is highly preferred.
  • Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in Advertising, Graphic Design, Multimedia, or related fields (preferred).
Portfolio Requirement — Mandatory: applicants must submit a portfolio that includes:
  • Motion graphics or animation samples
  • Any interactive/rich media work (if available)
  • Digital design pieces showing creativity and execution

Hybrid role, with an on‑site part based in Bogota.
