FullStack is hiring a Junior AI Project Manager to join our product teams and deliver AI-driven solutions to clients. You will coordinate plans, track progress, and ensure milestones are met using structured methodologies.

We value proactive ownership, Agile/Scrum experience, and a strong English level. A four-year degree is required, and this is a 100% remote role open to candidates across the Americas.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as a Project Manager.
• Advanced English is required.
• Successful completion of a four-year college degree is required.
• Experience in AI-related projects or collaboration with AI development teams is a plus.
• Strong project management skills, with a focus on delivering results through structured methodologies and tools.
• Demonstrated experience in implementing essential checkpoints, ensuring the validation of task completion among developers.
• Proven experience in understanding the development environment and knowing how to successfully track tasks/tickets.
• Experience in team Leadership.
• High experience aligning the project's objectives with the overall strategic goals of the organization.
• Forensic attention to detail.
• A positive mindset and a can-do attitude.
• Experience working on Agile / Scrum teams.
• Meaningful experience working on large, complex systems.
• Ability to take extreme ownership over your work.
