Job summary

AgileEngine, LLC. in Barranquilla, Colombia is seeking a Senior Java/React.js Full Stack Developer to design, implement, and own features across the RMS and related sub-products, while collaborating with Product Management to plan sprints.

You will build a secure, scalable client integration system, contribute to docs, and optimize CI/CD to improve engineering efficiency. The role offers flex-time, USD-based compensation, and a balance of remote work and in-office collaboration.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in technical end-to-end product ownership with the ability to meet deadlines.
• 3+ years of experience as a Frontend Web Developer (React);
• 3+ years of experience as a Back-End Developer (Java);
• High proficiency in TypeScript ;
• Strong knowledge of modern frontend bundlers, package managers, and build tools;
• Experience with or knowledge of microservices architecture;

Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance the Records Management System (RMS) and related sub-products, focusing on usability, quality, and feature improvements;
• Collaborate with the Product Management team to understand requirements, estimate efforts, plan sprints, and ensure timely delivery;
