Formación

• 1 year of experience in relevant area.
• Proficient spoken and written command of English.

Responsabilidades

• Support Service Management best practices adapting to operational needs.
• Develop scripts and tools to automate operational tasks.
• Design and maintain simple applications focused on operational efficiency.
• Assist in investigating and resolving application issues.
