Whats unique about this job (What you’ll do)

Own the design and delivery of data-driven solutions that enable better decision-making across the organization. This role focuses primarily on data & analytics (80%), while providing light support (20%) in the administration and implementation of Procore.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain dashboards and reports in Power BI.
• Translate business needs into data models, KPIs, and actionable insights.
• Extract and manipulate data using SQL.
• Ensure data quality, consistency, and reliability across sources.
• Identify opportunities to automate reporting and improve data processes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to drive adoption of data solutions.
• Provide light support in Procore administration (user setup, basic configurations, issue tracking) during implementation and ongoing use.
• Document data logic, definitions, and reporting structures.

Bring your passion and expertise (Who you are)

Minimum Academic Background and/or Formal Training

• University degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, Law, or related fields.

Experience

• 3–5 years of experience in data analytics or business intelligence roles.
• Proven track record building end-to-end Power BI solutions (data modeling, dashboards used by business teams).
• Hands‑on experience writing complex SQL queries for data extraction and transformation.
• Experience working with stakeholders to translate business needs into analytical solutions.
• Exposure to system implementations or supporting business tools (nice to have, not mandatory).

Required Skills

• Strong experience with Power BI (data modeling, DAX, visualization best practices).
• Experience building end-to-end reporting solutions.

• Ability to communicate clearly with non‑technical stakeholders.
