We work in a uniquely collaborative model across the firm and throughout all levels of the client organization, generating results that allow our clients to thrive.

What You'll Do

As an Intern – BCG Vantage on our Topic Activation path within BCG's Energy Practice Area, you will be part of a fast-growing and entrepreneurial team that aims to be the leading advisor and thought leader in Latin America across the energy sector, developing expertise in areas such as electricity, natural gas, large-scale renewables and oil & gas, as well as the energy transition. You will also support business development and go-to-market efforts for the Energy business in SSA, as opportunities arise, contributing research and analysis to marketing efforts, conferences, and publications.

BCG's Energy practice partners with leading players across the energy ecosystem as the sector navigates the energy transition, from electricity and natural gas to large-scale renewables, storage, hydrogen and oil & gas. Together with our clients, we help tackle some of the most complex strategic and operational challenges in the industry.

  • Synthesizing market insights and trends, including the energy transition and emerging technologies (renewables, storage, hydrogen)
  • Working creatively and analytically in a time-limited, problem-solving environment
  • Being flexible and bringing a curious and creative mindset, open for new things and able to propose innovative ideas
  • Being curious about AI and eager to experiment with generative AI tools (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT) to speed up research, synthesize information and improve the quality of knowledge assets
  • Navigating complexity and ambiguity
  • Interacting with internal and external stakeholders while working in a global collaborative team environment
What You'll Bring
  • Bachelor's degree expected to 2027;
