Talent Connect is seeking a Senior Integration Engineer to design and build robust integration systems and backend services. You will work on APIs (REST/GraphQL) and integrate with third‑party platforms, ensuring reliability and performance in production environments.

This hands-on role requires 5+ years in backend engineering, strong Node.js/TypeScript and Python skills, and fluent English. You’ll own critical systems, handle asynchronous workflows, and collaborate with product teams on

• 5+ years of experience in backend engineering.
• Strong experience with Node.js / TypeScript; Python.
• Experience building and maintaining APIs.
• Solid understanding of async patterns, queues and messaging systems, error handling and observability.
• Experience with PostgreSQL and MongoDB.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ownership mindset.
• Fluent English (C1+), required for daily communication.

About The Role

We’re looking for a Senior Integration Engineer to design and build integration systems that connect complex platforms and services in real-world environments.

You’ll work on backend systems that handle data exchange, APIs, and integrations with external platforms, ensuring reliability, scalability, and performance.

This is a hands‑on engineering role with strong ownership, focused on building systems that are critical to day‑to‑day operations.

What you’ll do
