This role demands proven experience in telemarketing, excellent English communication skills, and proficiency with Apollo.io. Join our team and support our sales efforts while working East Coast U.S. hours.

Formación

  • Proven experience in telemarketing, lead generation or appointment setting.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English (C1).
  • Experience using Apollo.io (preferred).
  • High organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle a high volume of calls on a daily basis.
  • Willingness to work East Coast U.S. hours.

Responsabilidades

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers and business contacts.
  • Use Apollo.io to research leads, manage contact lists and track communications.
  • Present company services in a clear and professional manner.
  • Schedule and confirm appointments for the sales team.
  • Record updated contact information for each contact in Apollo.io and/or CRM.
  • Follow scripts and adapt the pitch according to the type of client.
  • Meet daily and weekly goals for calls, contacts and appointments generated.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to improve prospecting strategies.

Lead Generation Specialist

We are looking for a passionate and results-oriented person to join our team as a Lead Generation Specialist. Your primary function will be to make outbound calls and schedule qualified appointments with potential customers in the area of Miami and of New York, directly supporting the our sales team.
