Iron Mountain is seeking a Technical Product Owner - WMS to bridge warehouse operations with IT development, translating complex logistics needs into scalable WMS solutions. You will work with Manhattan Scale and Manhattan Active to optimize our enterprise software footprint.

The role requires 10+ years in IT enterprise apps with 6-8 years on Manhattan platforms, strong WMS configuration, and solid SQL and Agile skills.

• 10+ years of IT enterprise application experience.
• 6–8 years specializing in Manhattan Scale or Manhattan Active platforms.
• Strong knowledge of WMS module configuration and system integration standards.
• Proficient in SQL querying and Agile delivery frameworks.
• Experience with end-to-end flow testing and root-cause issue triage.
• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/Supply Chain; CSPO or Manhattan certification preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Own Backlog & Requirements: elicit needs and translate into epics, stories, and specs for dev teams.
• Lead Technical Integration: map and evaluate REST/SOAP APIs, EDI, and DB interfaces between WMS and ERP/TMS.
• Drive Flow Testing: design and execute end-to-end testing for complex supply chain scenarios.
• Provide System Expertise: act as SME for Manhattan Scale and Manhattan Active capabilities, configs, and architecture.

In this role, you'll have the opportunity to bridge warehouse operations and technical development teams by transforming complex logistics requirements into scalable WMS solutions. Your expertise in Manhattan Scale and Active systems will help optimize supply chain execution and shape the future of our enterprise software footprint.

What You'll Do (Responsibilities)

In this role, you will:

• Own Backlog & Requirements: Elicit operational needs and translate them into actionable epics, user stories, and technical specifications for development teams.


• Lead Technical Integration: Map and evaluate REST/SOAP APIs, EDI, and database interfaces between Manhattan WMS and external systems like ERP and TMS.


• Drive Flow Testing: Design and execute comprehensive end-to-end lifecycle testing, validating complex supply chain edge cases before UAT.


• Provide System Expertise: Serve as the core subject matter expert for Manhattan Scale and Manhattan Active WMS capabilities, configurations, and architecture.

What You'll Bring

• 10+ years of IT enterprise application experience, with 6-8 years specializing in Manhattan Scale or Manhattan Active platforms.


• Strong knowledge of WMS module configuration, SQL querying, system integration standards, and Agile delivery frameworks.


• Proven ability to execute end-to-end flow testing, perform root-cause issue triage, and bridge technical and non-technical stakeholders.


• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Supply Chain Management, or equivalent experience (CSPO or Manhattan certification preferred).
