Are you an experienced Dayforce HCM Specialist looking for flexible, remote work? Join a Canadian company seeking a part-time contractor based in Latin America (preferred due to similar timezones)to support and optimize our Dayforce environment.

This is a great opportunity for someone who has hands-on configuration and support experience across Dayforce modules like Workforce Management, Time Away, Payroll, or Reporting.

What You'll Do:

Configure and maintain Dayforce modules to support HR operations

Troubleshoot system issues and provide second-level support

Create and refine dashboards and reports

Support testing, upgrades, and minor improvement initiatives

Collaborate with Canadian HR and IT teams remotely

What Were Looking For:

Based in Latin America and able to work Canadian business hours
