EPAM Systems, Inc. is seeking an IAM SailPoint IdentityNow Engineer to configure, enhance, and support identity governance across the organization.

You will drive governance initiatives, support access certification campaigns, and contribute to role engineering to reduce access sprawl. You will partner with compliance teams to align IGA processes with SOX, PCI-DSS, and NIST control testing, document changes, and maintain runbooks for operations.

Formación

• 2+ years of hands-on configuration with SailPoint IdentityNow (cloud IGA).
• Understanding of identity governance concepts (access certification, RBAC, joiner/mover/leaver).
• Experience with Jira and Confluence for collaboration and documentation.
• SailPoint certification is a plus; familiarity with PAM is beneficial.
