Aptimized, LLC seeks an experienced IAM Program/Project Manager to lead a large-scale IAM transformation. You will drive end-to-end delivery of identity migration programs, governance activities, and executive stakeholder engagement across enterprise environments.

Qualifications

• 7-10+ years of Program and Project Management experience delivering enterprise IT initiatives.
• Proven experience leading IAM programs.
• Experience managing large-scale identity migration projects.
• Strong understanding of Identity Governance, Access Management, SSO, Directory Services.
• Demonstrated experience managing enterprise cutovers involving thousands of users.
• RAID management, executive reporting, governance, and stakeholder management.
• Experience managing fixed-price projects, SOWs, budgets, and milestone-based delivery.
• Exceptional communication and leadership skills with executive-level stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise IAM transformation and migration programs from initiation through successful completion.
• Manage identity migration efforts, including Okta to Microsoft Entra ID transitions.
• Own and coordinate large-scale cutover activities affecting 6,000+ users.
• Establish program governance, RAID, steering committee presentations, change control, and dashboards.
• Serve as primary interface to executive stakeholders and leadership teams.
• Oversee SOWs, milestones, deliverables, and financial tracking.
• Coordinate cross-functional work across Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, HR, Service Desk, Identity Engineering, and business stakeholders.
• Drive communication, change management, and organizational readiness activities.
• Ensure delivery aligns with scope, timeline, budget, and quality objectives.

Job description

We are seeking an experienced IAM Program / Project Manager to lead a large-scale Identity and Access Management (IAM) transformation initiative. This role will be responsible for managing the end-to-end delivery of identity migration programs, governance activities, executive stakeholder engagement, and enterprise-wide cutover planning.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in delivering IAM programs, managing cross-functional teams, driving governance across multiple workstreams, and leading complex user migrations in large enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise IAM transformation and migration programs from initiation through successful completion.
• Manage identity migration efforts, preferably involving Okta to Microsoft Entra ID transitions.
• Own and coordinate large-scale cutover activities impacting 6,000+ users.
• Establish and maintain program governance, including:
• RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) management
• Steering committee presentations
• Change control processes
• Program dashboards and metrics
• Serve as the primary interface to executive stakeholders and leadership teams.
• Manage fixed-price Statements of Work (SOWs), milestones, deliverables, and financial tracking.
• Oversee SOW closeout activities and transition planning between program phases.
• Coordinate efforts across Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, HR, Service Desk, Identity Engineering, and Business stakeholders.
• Drive communication, change management, and organizational readiness activities.
• Ensure project delivery aligns with scope, timeline, budget, and quality objectives.
• Facilitate cross-functional decision-making and remove delivery roadblocks.

Required Qualifications

• 7-10+ years of Program and Project Management experience delivering enterprise IT initiatives.
• Proven experience leading Identity & Access Management (IAM) programs.
• Experience managing large-scale identity migration projects.
• Strong understanding of:
• Identity Governance
• Access Management
• Single Sign-On (SSO)
• Directory Services
• Demonstrated experience managing enterprise cutovers involving thousands of users.
• Strong expertise in RAID management, executive reporting, governance, and stakeholder management.
• Experience managing fixed-price projects, SOWs, budgets, and milestone-based delivery.
• Exceptional communication and leadership skills with executive-level stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Okta, Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), Active Directory, and Identity Governance solutions.
• Previous experience leading Okta to Entra ID migrations.
• Experience working within highly regulated or security-focused environments.
• Knowledge of ITIL service management practices.
• Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid delivery methodologies.
