A global outsourcing leader is seeking a HubSpot Marketing Operations Specialist in Colombia to manage email campaigns and marketing assets within HubSpot. The ideal candidate will ensure accuracy and efficiency in deploying emails, managing lists, and creating landing pages. Responsibilities include executing SMS campaigns and supporting data reporting. Emphasis is on attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and experience with HubSpot Marketing Hub. Competitive hourly compensation of $11 - $12.

Formación

Overview

We are seeking a HubSpot Marketing Operations Specialist to support the execution and ongoing management of marketing initiatives within HubSpot. This role focuses on building, deploying, and maintaining marketing assets with accuracy, consistency, and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable to changing priorities.

Working hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST

Responsibilities
  • Email Marketing
  • Build and deploy email campaigns in HubSpot
  • Apply provided copy, creative, and targeting rules
  • QA emails for formatting, links, and personalization
  • Schedule campaigns in advance and manage deployments
  • Adjust deployments as needed based on updates or changes
  • Create and deploy survey emails
  • List Creation & Management
  • Build static and active lists based on defined criteria
  • Maintain and update existing lists
  • Validate list logic prior to campaign launches
  • SMS Campaign Support
  • Build and schedule SMS campaigns in HubSpot
  • Confirm audience targeting and message accuracy
  • Perform QA prior to deployment
  • Support schedule changes when required
  • Landing Page Creation
  • Build landing pages using existing HubSpot templates
  • Insert provided copy, imagery, and CTAs
  • Ensure mobile responsiveness and functionality
  • Connect pages to the appropriate forms and workflows
  • Form Creation
  • Create HubSpot forms for campaigns and lead capture
  • Configure fields, validations, and follow-up actions
  • Connect forms to lists, workflows, and reporting
  • Data & Reporting
  • Pull standard HubSpot reports (email, list, and form performance)
  • Export data for internal review
  • Maintain basic dashboards
  • Identify and flag data inconsistencies
  • Collaboration & Workflow
  • Work within Google Docs and Google Spreadsheets for task tracking and documentation
  • Follow documented processes and checklists
  • Deploy campaigns ahead of schedule whenever possible
  • Remain flexible and responsive to changes or updates
Required Qualifications
  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot Marketing Hub
  • Strong attention to detail and quality assurance
  • Experience building emails, lists, forms, and landing pages
  • Proficiency with Google Docs and Google Sheets
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and shifting priorities
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience supporting U.S.-based marketing teams
  • Familiarity with marketing compliance standards
  • Experience working in a high-volume campaign environment

  • Support B2B data entry within HubSpot, including company and contact records
  • Support B2C data entry, ensuring accuracy and proper field mapping
  • Maintain data hygiene and consistency across records
  • Assist with updates within the Customer Service Portal as directed
  • Support reporting needs related to customer activity, submissions, or service data
  • Validate data accuracy for reporting and operational use

– $11 - $12 an hour
