As an HRBP Manager you will:

Act as a strategic partner to senior leadership and regional teams, translating business priorities into people strategies that strengthen organizational effectiveness, leadership capabilities, and employee engagement. You will drive key talent and organizational initiatives, influence business decisions through people insights, and ensure consistent HR practices across the region to support Dollarcity's sustainable growth.

Based in El Salvador | Relocation support provided

This is a regional role based in El Salvador, and we welcome applications from candidates currently based in Colombia who are open to relocating to El Salvador.

A day as an HRBP Manager:

• Partner with the business to drive people strategies
  Work closely with senior leaders to understand business priorities, anticipate workforce needs, and translate organizational challenges into practical people strategies that support business objectives.
• Strengthen organizational capabilities and leadership
  Lead organizational design initiatives, identify critical roles and future capabilities, and coach leaders to build high-performing teams aligned with the company's growth strategy.
• Drive talent development and performance
  Partner with leaders and HR Centers of Expertise to strengthen talent identification, succession planning, leadership development, and performance management, promoting accountability and continuous improvement.
• Champion culture and employee experience
  Promote Dollarcity's culture and values across functional areas, supporting leaders in creating collaborative, ethical, and engaging work environments that strengthen employee commitment and retention.
• Support employee relations and compliance
  Partner with leaders and specialized teams to proactively address employee relations matters, ensuring fair and consistent practices aligned with company policies and applicable labor regulations across the region.
• Lead organizational change and transformation
  Support business transformation initiatives by driving change management strategies, facilitating the adoption of new ways of working, and strengthening collaboration between Head Office and regional teams.
• Leverage people analytics to influence decisions
  Use workforce data and key HR metrics to identify trends, anticipate risks, and provide actionable insights that support leadership decisions and improve organizational performance.

What do you need to be successful?

• Proven experience in HR Business Partnering, Human Resources Management, or strategic HR roles, preferably in multinational or fast-growing organizations.
• Strong business acumen, with the ability to understand business priorities and translate them into effective people strategies.
• Experience partnering with senior leaders and influencing decisions related to talent, leadership, and organizational effectiveness.
• Solid knowledge of organizational design, talent management, succession planning, leadership development, and performance management.
• Experience supporting organizational transformation and driving change management initiatives.
• Strong understanding of employee relations and HR practices, with the ability to navigate complex organizational environments.
• Ability to leverage people analytics and workforce insights to support data-driven decisions and measure business impact.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships across different levels of the organization.
• A proactive, hands-on, and solution-oriented mindset, with the ability to balance strategic thinking and effective execution.
• Advanced English and Spanish.
