About the Role

As Head of Partnerships for LATAM, you will be responsible for defining and executing the regional partnership strategy. Your focus will be on identifying opportunities, negotiating high‑value agreements, and driving collaboration that accelerates revenue and market presence. You will work closely with senior management and cross‑functional teams to ensure that strategic partners are fully engaged and positioned for long‑term success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute the partnership and alliance strategy across LATAM.
  • Identify high‑potential partners and establish mutually beneficial commercial agreements.
  • Build and nurture executive‑level relationships with key market players, industry leaders, and strategic stakeholders.
  • Monitor industry trends and market shifts to identify new partnership opportunities.
  • Oversee onboarding and engagement of partners to ensure sustainable performance and continued collaboration.
  • Work closely with marketing, sales, product, and operations to maximise partnership impact.
  • Track results, analyse performance, and present business insights and forecasts to senior leadership.
  • Represent the organisation at industry events, conferences, and regional business engagements.
Requirements
  • Strong fluency in Spanish and English.
  • Proven experience in partnership development, business development, or strategic commercial leadership in the LATAM region.
  • Demonstrated success negotiating and managing high‑value commercial agreements.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation abilities.
