This role will focus on enhancing decision-making and operational efficiency through technology innovation. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and at least 3 years of experience in leading AI transformations. The position involves regional responsibilities covering multiple Latin American markets and offers a chance to shape a data-driven culture within the company.

Formación

Responsabilidades

• Define and execute Urbania's technological roadmap.
• Design an integrated and scalable stack supporting AI, automation, and analytics.
• Lead projects in machine learning, data analytics, and robotic process automation.
• Oversee cloud infrastructure, system integrations, and data security.
• Establish an internal innovation lab to identify new AI opportunities.
• Guide department leaders in adopting AI technologies and digital tools.
• Optimize technology investments to maximize business impact and efficiency.
