SBM Management Services, LP is seeking a Custodian to maintain cleanliness and sanitation of assigned areas in Colombia. The role involves performing janitorial tasks, following the daily schedule, and adhering to safety protocols.

The position requires minimal formal education with on-the-job training, and may involve hazardous waste responsibilities, equipment operation, and teamwork to ensure a clean, safe environment.

Formación

• No formal education required; 3–6 months training or experience preferred.
• Bilingual abilities considered a plus; good reading and writing skills.
• Knowledge of cleaning methods and equipment; willingness to share with the team.

Responsabilidades

• Perform janitorial duties as listed in the daily schedule.
• Operate motorized cleaning equipment safely.
• Maintain daily upkeep of assigned area and report hazards.
• Follow safety rules, policies, and procedures and respond to supervision.
• Communicate professionally with lead, supervisor, and colleagues.
