Iron Mountain is seeking an analytical Senior Analyst: Procurement Analytics & Insights - GLOBAL to join our Global Procurement COE team. You will transform complex enterprise data into strategic insights that drive impactful decisions across our global operations.

In this role you will harmonize spend data from ERP/P2P systems, automate dashboards with AI-powered analytics, and identify savings opportunities.

Formación

• 7–10 years in procurement analytics or related field.
• Strong knowledge of SQL, BI tools and data manipulation languages.
• Experience with ERP/P2P data structures (Oracle, SAP S/4HANA, Coupa, SAP Ariba).
• Advanced English with executive presentation experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (Master’s preferred).

Responsabilidades

• Harmonize and structure spend data: Cleanse, model, and consolidate data from ERPs and P2P platforms into a single source of truth.
• Automate dashboards and advanced analytics: Design and manage BI dashboards, leverage AI tools and data pipelines.
• Identify savings and category opportunities: Conduct deep-dive spend analyses for tail-spend consolidation and sourcing priorities.
• Validate EBITDA savings with Finance: Align cost reductions with budgets in collaboration with FP&A.

Iron Mountain is seeking an analytical Senior Analyst: Procurement Analytics & Insights - GLOBAL to join our Global Procurement COE team.

As a key member of our Global Procurement Center of Excellence, you'll have the opportunity to transform complex enterprise data into strategic insights that drive impactful business decisions. In this role, you'll partner closely with Category Managers and Corporate Finance to optimize spend, validate P&L and EBITDA-level savings, and craft executive narratives for C-suite decision-makers. Here, your expertise will help build modern visual analytics and unleash hidden value across our global procurement ecosystem.

What You’ll Do (Responsibilities)

In this role, you will:

• Harmonize and structure spend data: Cleanse, model, and consolidate raw transactional data across ERPs (SAP, Oracle) and P2P platforms (Coupa, Ariba, ServiceNow) into a single source of truth.
• Automate dashboards and advanced analytics: Design and manage intuitive BI dashboards, leveraging emerging AI tools and data pipelines to track core KPIs, cycle times, and predictive modeling.
• Identify savings and category opportunities: Conduct deep-dive spend analyses to uncover tail-spend consolidation, volume leverage, and actionable sourcing pipeline priorities.
• Validate EBITDA savings with Finance: Partner hand-in-hand with Corporate Finance and FP&A to audit, reconcile, and align realized cost reductions with business unit budgets.

What You’ll Bring

• 7 to 10 years of experience in procurement analytics, financial analysis, management consulting, or business intelligence.
• Strong knowledge of SQL, BI platforms (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik), and data manipulation tools (Python, R, or advanced Excel/VBA).
• Direct experience working with enterprise ERP/P2P data structures (Oracle, SAP S/4HANA, Coupa, SAP Ariba).
• Advanced written and verbal English communication skills with executive presentation experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Finance, Computer Science, Supply Chain Management, Economics, or a related quantitative field (Master's preferred).
