A marketing solutions provider is seeking an enthusiastic Graphic Designer to join its U.S. marketing team. This role involves creating high-quality design assets and collaborating with various teams to enhance the brand. Candidates should have over 4 years of experience in graphic design, a strong portfolio, and familiarity with visual storytelling and brand identity principles. Proficiency in English (B2-C1) is required. The role is based in Bogotá, Colombia.

Formación

  • 4+ years of professional graphic design experience.

  • Familiarity with Meta ad best practices.

Description:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Graphic Designer to join our U.S. marketing team. This role centers on creating high-quality design assets grounded in strong fundamentals - composition, typography, color, and brand identity. You will collaborate closely with our brand, sales, and product strategy teams to produce clear, compelling creative that elevates the Zinus brand.

The core of this role is thoughtful concept development, visual storytelling, and strong attention to detail across all design outputs.

Responsibilities
  • Conceptualize and develop polished visual concepts rooted in strong design principles, including layout, composition, and visual hierarchy.
  • Create digital assets for a wide range of channels, including retail, DTC, paid social, and brand marketing.
  • Apply typography, color theory, and cohesive visual systems to produce high-impact creative.
  • Build holistic style guides that enable 3D designers and photographers to produce consistent, on-brand imagery.
  • Develop both static and motion assets with an emphasis on clarity, storytelling, and visual consistency.
  • Maintain and evolve the brand identity through thoughtful, consistent application of visual guidelines.
  • Translate campaign goals into strategic creative directions with a clear design rationale.
  • Execute diverse design projects, including digital graphics, illustrations, mood boards, presentation materials, packaging concepts, and UI/UX-adjacent layouts.
  • Other responsibilities as needed
Qualifications
  • Degree in Visual, Web, Graphic Design, or related field.
  • 4+ years of professional graphic design experience.
  • Proven ability to create concept-driven work with clear rationale and strong visual storytelling.
  • Familiarity with Meta ad best practices, including short‑form video, dynamic creative, and conversion‑focused design.
  • Strong foundational understanding of brand identity systems and experience applying them across varied touchpoints.
  • A portfolio demonstrating excellence in graphic design and digital execution (required).
  • B2‑C1 English level proficiency.
