Iron Mountain is seeking an analytical Senior Analyst: Procurement Analytics & Insights - GLOBAL to join our Global Procurement COE. You’ll transform complex enterprise data into strategic insights that drive decisions, partnering with Category Managers and Corporate Finance to optimize spend and craft executive narratives.

In this role, you will build modern dashboards, ensure EBITDA savings validation, and drive value across the global procurement ecosystem.

Formación

• 7–10 years of experience in procurement analytics, financial analysis, management consulting, or business intelligence.
• Strong knowledge of SQL, BI platforms (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik), and data manipulation tools (Python, R, or advanced Excel/VBA).
• Direct experience with ERP/P2P data structures (Oracle, SAP S/4HANA, Coupa, SAP Ariba).
• Advanced written and verbal English with executive presentation experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field; Master’s preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Harmonize and structure spend data from ERPs and P2P platforms into a single source of truth.
• Automate dashboards and advanced analytics to track KPIs and predictive modeling.
• Identify savings and category opportunities through deep-dive spend analyses.
• Validate EBITDA savings with Finance and FP&A against budgets.
