Job summary

CANPACK Group in Colombia leads a worldwide SAP S/4HANA implementation with a focus on PP/PPDS. The role designs, implements, and maintains SAP PP, PPPI and PPDS solutions to deliver business value across projects, maintenance, and innovations.

The successful candidate will contribute to IT vision and transform business processes by delivering FTP solutions to global stakeholders, collaborating with cross-functional teams and maintaining high-quality documentation.

Qualifications

• B.E./B.Tech/ M.Tech or MBA/MCA or equivalent postgraduate degree.
• Experience as SAP functional consultant with end-to-end SAP PP projects.
• Knowledge of SAP best practices and S/4HANA upgrades.
• SAP certifications are desirable.

Responsibilities

• Design and architect solutions for FTP area by gathering requirements and making recommendations.
• Deliver business value through FTP solutions, including blueprinting, designing, development, demos, reviews, testing, defect resolutions, and documentation.
• Troubleshoot FTP incidents by analysis, debugging, SAP research, and timely fixes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, guiding SAP technical developers for custom object development.
• Ensure up-to-date solution documentation, knowledge base, and known error database (KEDB).
• Track and improve team knowledge for effective issue analysis and troubleshooting.
• Drive problem management and continuous improvement, analyzing trends and reducing monthly incident volumes.
