WPP Media is seeking a Manager Social, Global Operations Centre (GOC), to lead Paid Social campaigns and coordinate with regional teams across the US, Europe, and Asia. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree, 3+ years of paid social management, and at least 1 year in leadership, with advanced Excel skills.

The position supports a hybrid work model within Colombia, offering opportunities to drive strategy, ensure best practices, and develop a high-performing team across regions.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• Advanced English level (B2–C2)
• 3+ years' experience managing Paid Social campaigns
• At least 1 year of leadership experience
• Advanced Excel skills

Responsabilidades

• Develop strong relationships with counterparts in WPP Media regional teams (Europe, U.S., Asia).
• Enforce paid Social best practices with a focus on platform expertise, consistency, and quality of work delivery and be accountable for consistent work delivery to WPP Media regional teams by ensuring a high quality of output.
• Serve as point of escalation for your team and take ownership of resolving challenges.
• Line manage 2-5 direct reports.
• Provide timely and actionable feedback to the team to aid in their development, improvement, and progress. Provide awareness and recognition for jobs well done.
