One Acre Fund in Africa is seeking a Global MEL Manager to lead monitoring, evaluation and learning across Uganda, Nigeria, and the DRC. You will own systems, oversee data collection, analysis, reporting, and evidence-based recommendations for programs at scale.

The role involves cross-country leadership, capacity building, and developing SOPs, along with budget oversight and collaboration with global partners to advance data-driven decision making.

Formación

• Experience with quantitative and qualitative research methods, evaluations, data-collection tools, and reporting.
• Experience with experimental and quasi-experimental designs (RCTs, propensity-score matching, DiD).
• Proficiency in Stata and R.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee MEL across Uganda, Nigeria, and DRC country programs.
• Directly manage the three Country MEL Leads and support their development.
• Ensure survey design and data collection meet global standards across the region.
• Review analyses, oversee reporting, and deliver actionable recommendations.
• Oversee country MEL budgets and plans to balance growth with data quality.
