Job summary

C.H. Robinson is seeking a Global Forwarding Coordinator in Bogotá to support transportation operations and ensure shipments move efficiently while delivering a high-quality customer experience.

You will coordinate with drivers, carriers, shippers and internal stakeholders in English and Spanish, ensuring accurate documentation and timely communications. On-site five days a week, you will work to minimize service disruptions, track shipments, resolve day-to-day operational challenges, and

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Fluent in Spanish and English (written and verbal).
• Minimum 2 years of previous experience preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven office environment.

Responsibilities

• Understand international shipping processes from purchase order to cargo delivery.
• Assist GF personnel and third parties with inquiries and problem resolution.
• Provide tracking, tracing, and documentation for customer shipments.
• Support delivery turnovers and load audits.
• Maintain accurate customer records and shipment documentation.
