Job summary

Iron Mountain is seeking an adaptable Technical Product Owner - WMS to join our IT Business Systems team. You will bridge warehouse operations and technical development by turning complex logistics needs into scalable WMS solutions using Manhattan Scale and Active systems.

Require 10+ years in IT enterprise apps with 6-8 years in Manhattan platforms, strong SQL and API integration skills, and a CS/IT background (CSPO or Manhattan cert preferred). Location: Mexico; remote options not specified.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT or related field; CSPO or Manhattan certification preferred.
• 10+ years IT enterprise application experience, with 6-8 years specializing in Manhattan Scale or Manhattan Active.
• Strong knowledge of WMS module configuration, SQL querying, system integration standards, and Agile delivery frameworks.
• Experience with end-to-end flow testing and root-cause issue triage.

Responsibilities

• Own Backlog & Requirements: Elicit operational needs and translate them into epics, user stories, and technical specifications for development teams.
• Lead Technical Integration: Map and evaluate REST/SOAP APIs, EDI, and database interfaces between Manhattan WMS and external systems like ERP and TMS.
• Drive Flow Testing: Design and execute comprehensive end-to-end lifecycle testing, validating complex supply chain edge cases before UAT.
• Provide System Expertise: Serve as the core subject matter expert for Manhattan Scale and Manhattan Active WMS capabilities, configurations, and architecture.
