Job Description

As our General Manager, you will be the guardian of our brand, a visionary leader who possesses an exceptional eye for detail and a profound understanding of the luxury hospitality landscape. Your mission will be to ensure the seamless operation of our hotel, driving our team towards excellence and ensuring our guests receive a personalized and bespoke service that exceeds their expectations.

• Deliver an exceptional guest journey—personal, bespoke, and infused with French sophistication.

Qualifications

We are seeking a leader with:

• Proven success as a General Manager or senior leader within the luxury hotel segment.
• A deep understanding of 5-star service standardsand discerning guest expectations.
• Strong commercial acumen with a track record of delivering sustainable results.
• Inspirational leadership skills with the ability to attract, build, and retain high‑performing teams.
• Knowledge of the Colombia market and regulatory environment (desirable) or previous experience in Latin America
• Experience within international hotel brands, ideally within the Accor Luxury portfolio.
• Spanish Speaker
