What you’ll do

• Lead, coach, and mentor a team of game presenters ensuring high standards of performance and helping each team member develop and grow.
• Manage day-to-day studio operations: handle scheduling and staffing, monitor attendance, and make sure all live sessions run smoothly.
• Promote consistent quality and compliance with company and regulatory standards maintaining studio integrity and high-quality output.
• Identify training or development needs, coordinate with learning teams, and contribute to process improvements to support longterm success.

What we’re looking for

• Fluent Spanish (native or C1) and strong English (written and spoken) for clear communication in a multilingual environment.
• At least one year of experience in a supervisory or team-lead role previous exposure to live-gaming, entertainment, or similar shift-based environments is a plus.
• Great leadership, interpersonal, and organizational skills; strong ability to manage people, schedules and high-pressure situations reliably.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, live-studio setting with variable shifts flexibility and resilience are essential.
