INGEPSY in Bogotá, Colombia is seeking a Full Stack Web Developer to create and iterate AI-assisted prototypes, and to modernize and stabilize the web application stack.

Requirements include 5+ years in C#/.NET and 2+ years in Python, plus Angular, SQL Server, Git, CI/CD, and Azure DevOps. Strong English communication is expected; remote work is available according to policy.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in CS or related field; equivalent professional experience may be considered.
• 5+ years of professional web app development using C# and .NET / ASP.NET.
• 2+ years of Python development for backend services, scripting, or prototyping.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and iterate functional prototypes based on business or market requirements using AI-assisted development tools.
  
• Support application modernization, integrations, bug fixing, and performance improvements across the web application stack.
  
• Collaborate with team members and customers to clarify requirements, estimate solutions, and deliver working software.
  
• Communicate ideas, issues, risks, and impediments on time to support predictable delivery.
  
• Contribute to code quality through unit testing, clean design, maintainable implementation, and secure development practices.
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field; equivalent professional experience may be considered.
  
• Mid-level English proficiency for written and verbal communication with internal teams and customers.
  
• 5+ years of professional web application development experience using C# and .NET / ASP.NET.
  
• 2+ years of hands-on Python development experience for backend services, scripting, automation, integrations, or prototyping.
  
• Experience with ASP.NET Web Forms, ASP.NET MVC, ADO.NET, and Entity Framework 6 or higher.
  
• Working knowledge of Angular and modern front-end development practices.
  
• Strong SQL Server experience, including database design, queries, stored procedures, and performance-aware development.
  
• Solid understanding of code quality practices, unit testing, design patterns, SOLID principles, and Clean Code principles.
  
• Knowledge of application security practices, including OWASP, authentication hardening, SQL Server security, and prevention of SQL injection vulnerabilities.
  
• Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Azure DevOps.
  
• Experience using AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, Cursor, Replit, or Google AI Studio.
  

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Experience working in the insurance, financial services, or regulated industries.
  
• Exposure to cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS.
