Formación

• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• Expertise in .NET development and proficiency in C#.

• Experience with SQL Server Integration Services and data pipelines is a plus.
• Hands-on experience with Azure or AWS.

We are looking for an experienced Full-Stack (.NET/Angular/React) Software Developer to join our growing team in Sofia. The ideal candidate will have software development experience and a solid track record of successfully leading and delivering high-profile projects.

This is a full-time (hybrid) role that offers the chance to work on innovative projects and shape the technological direction of our company. The right candidate should demonstrate leadership abilities, technical expertise, and excellent communication skills to drive projects and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Additionally, expertise in developing applications for scalability, ensuring high uptime, optimizing performance, and promoting maintainability is essential. The candidate is expected to be proficient in Agile methodologies using Scrum and Jira. Excellent communication skills are essential to effectively collaborate with cross-functional departments.

Responsibilities

• Participate in research and proof-of-concept activities to explore new technologies and methodologies.
• Design and develop robust, scalable and reliable software applications using .NET with React and/or Angular and data interaction with an ORM, RDBMS or NOSQL.
• Design and develop reliable and performant data storage solutions.
• Focus on application scalability, uptime, performance, and maintainability.
• Work closely with development team to define, refine, develop, test, and deliver against functional requirements.
• Collaborate and partner across different departments including Support, Operations, Product, and Engineering.
• Provide technical input to the project delivery plan, including sizing and estimation.
• Implement correct, performant, and reliable code on schedule and according to specifications.
• Maintain code quality and test coverage, designing and implementing tests to ensure software is built to the highest quality possible.
• Develop and maintain test automation efficiency and effectiveness.
• Drive continual improvement in quality and efficiency, including defect prevention and root cause analysis.
• Responsible for defect closure and assisting with root cause analysis to avoid regressions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues promptly.
• Implement best practices for infrastructure as code.
• Ensure efficient deployment processes to enhance uptime and performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• Technical expertise in .NET development, including proficiency in C# and ASP.NET.
• Experience with React and/or Angular.
• Experience with NOSQL DB usage or RDBMS design and usage of SQL statements and Stored Procedures.
• Experience with SQL Server Integration Services and data engineering/pipelines is a strong plus.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms like Azure or AWS.
• Expertise in designing applications for scalability, ensuring high uptime, optimizing performance, and promoting maintainability.
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies using Scrum and Jira.
• Excellent communication skills - fluency in English is required as most inter-team communication happens in English.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
