Hired is seeking a backend-focused engineer to design, develop, and maintain scalable Node.js APIs for training and optimizing AI models. You will implement efficient code, benchmark performance, and contribute to high-quality datasets for supervised fine-tuning.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive model improvements and product enhancements in a global AI technology landscape.

Formación

• Experience with Node.js for backend development.
• Familiarity with Nest.js as a progressive Node.js framework.
• Knowledge of front-end frameworks such as React, Vue.js, or Angular.
• Ability to write readable, reusable, and maintainable code.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct evaluations to benchmark model performance and analyze results for continuous improvement.
• Evaluate and rank AI model responses to user queries across diverse domains, ensuring alignment with predefined criteria.
• Develop comprehensive explanations and rationales for evaluations, showcasing excellent reasoning and technical expertise.
• Lead efforts in supervised fine-tuning, including creating and maintaining high-quality, task-specific datasets.
