Job summary

BairesDev is seeking a Senior Android Engineer to build AI-native Android products in a startup-style environment. You will own features end-to-end, from concept on a 1-pager through shipping with multi-agent orchestration.

This role emphasizes autonomy, ownership, and collaboration across frontend, web, and backend layers. You’ll work with LangGraph, CrewAI, and Jetpack Compose, communicating in English with a global team.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of software engineering experience.
• Strong proficiency in Kotlin for Android development.
• AI-native experience with multi-agent orchestration (LangGraph, CrewAI or similar).
• Senior product engineering mindset: self-directed, ownership from idea to production.
• Full-stack range with ability to navigate unfamiliar codebases.
• Proficient with Jetpack Compose.
• Advanced English proficiency.

Full-Stack Android + Kotlin Engineer at BairesDev

In this role, you'll build AI-native Android products inside a startup where autonomy and ownership are the norm, not the exception. There are no Jira tickets — you'll work like a product partner, taking ideas from a 1-pager through to shipped features with real multi-agent orchestration, not just AI-assisted coding. • Senior product engineering mindset: self-directed, comfortable working from a 1-pager or PRD without hand-holding.
• Full-stack range with confidence diving into unfamiliar codebases.
• Strong experience with Jetpack Compose.
• Advanced proficiency in English.

• Knowledge of QR code provisioning.
• Background in messaging or calling app development.
• Experience with XML layout UIs.
