What You’ll Do
As a Full-Cycle Recruiter, you’ll own the recruiting process end-to-end — from intake to onboarding — while building high-performing pipelines across Latin America.
- 🎯 Own the full recruiting cycle: intake → sourcing → screening → client interviews → offer → onboarding.
- 🌐 Source at scale for non-technical roles — operations, executive assistants, customer support, and marketing specialists.
- 🤝 Build large, always-on talent pools and communities across LATAM.
- 🔍 Run multi-channel sourcing strategies (LinkedIn, local job boards, referrals, and communities).
- 📊 Maintain clean, organized pipelines in the ATS; tag, stage, and report accurately.
- 💬 Conduct structured, competency-based interviews and English assessments.
- 📄 Present tight candidate slates with scorecards, notes, and clear next steps.
- 🗓️ Coordinate client interviews and candidate communications seamlessly.
- ⚙️ Create and refine SOPs, templates, and reports as one of the founding recruiters.
- 🚀 Meet weekly targets and share concise, data-driven updates.
What You’ve Done
- 3–5+ years of full-cycle recruiting with high-volume sourcing in LATAM.
- Proven ability to build and manage pipelines of hundreds of candidates per role/month.
- Deep understanding of Argentina, Colombia, and broader LATAM job markets and job boards.
- Staffing/RPO experience with U.S. clients (preferred).
- Advanced skills in LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean, and X-Ray search.
- Comfortable with ATS platforms (Greenhouse, Lever, Workable, or similar).
- C2 English – excellent written and verbal communication.
- Process-driven mindset – you document, automate, and move fast.
- Degree in Psychology, HR, or related field is a plus.
What Success Looks Like (First 90 Days)
- Set up sourcing engines and document 5 core playbooks (intake, sourcing, screening, submittals, reporting).
- Build 800–1,200 pre-screened candidates across core roles.
- Achieve time-to-slate of 3–5 business days per role.
- Deliver consistent weekly reporting: new leads, screens, submittals, interviews, offers, and source mix.
