EPAM Systems in Colombia seeks a Front-End Developer to build and maintain user-facing features for a modern point-of-sale experience used across client retail environments. You will collaborate with cross-functional partners to deliver reliable UI components and high-quality releases.

The role requires 2+ years in JavaScript, React, and TypeScript, plus experience with AI-assisted tooling like Anthropic Claude Code.

• Hands-on experience with Anthropic Claude Code or similar AI-assisted development tools.
• Cross-functional collaboration with backend and product teams.
• Strong ownership mindset and ability to learn quickly.
• Clear communication in a team environment.
• English proficiency at B2 or higher.

Responsabilités

• Build and maintain frontend components using React, JavaScript, and TypeScript.

• Write and maintain unit tests using React Testing Library to ensure reliability.
• Apply Material UI to create consistent, accessible UI patterns.
• Collaborate with backend engineers to integrate APIs and support end-to-end flows.
• Review code and follow agreed standards to keep quality high.
• Support a high-availability, store-ready application by addressing defects and performance issues.
