WON in Medellín, Colombia is hiring to design, operate, and continuously improve the AI-powered content engine behind Won. You will own the complete content production lifecycle, from recording capture to publication across platforms, building scalable AI workflows.

This role blends marketing and product, shaping systems that automate manual work, speed up production, and generate hundreds of assets monthly.

We are hiring the person who will design, operate, and continuously improve the AI-powered media engine behind Won.

Initially, your responsibility is execution.

You will take every founder conversation, customer meeting, keynote, podcast, sales call, workshop, interview, Loom recording, and strategy session and transform it into a continuous stream of exceptional content across every major platform.

But execution is only the beginning.

Your real mission is to help build the software and AI systems that eventually automate nearly everything you do manually today.

• You are joining both the marketing organization and the product organization.
• Every workflow you improve becomes input into our engineering roadmap.
• Every repetitive task you eliminate makes the entire company faster.
• Every automation you help design becomes part of our long-term competitive advantage.

If six months from now you are still performing the same manual work you performed during your first week, we’ve failed.

Your objective is not simply to produce content.

Your objective is to build the operating system that produces content.

Your Mission

• Build one of the most advanced AI-native content production systems in the world.

You will help make that vision a reality.

What You’ll Own

You will own the complete content production lifecycle.

Including:

• Capturing every important recording.
• Building standardized content intake processes.
• Running recordings through AI workflows.
• Identifying the highest-value moments.
• Coordinating editors and creative resources.
• Reviewing every asset before publication.
• Publishing across every major platform.
• Organizing every piece of content into a searchable knowledge library.
• Measuring content performance.
• Continuously improving production speed and quality.

But equally important…

You will constantly evaluate the system itself.

Whenever you perform a repetitive task, your next question should be:

"How do we make sure no one ever has to do this manually again?"

Building AI Alongside Engineering

You are not expected to be an engineer. You are expected to think like a product builder.

You’ll work directly with our technical team to design internal AI systems that automate and improve the production pipeline.

Examples include:

• Automatic ingestion of recordings from Zoom, Google Meet, Teams, Riverside, Loom, and future sources.
• AI-powered identification and scoring of high-value moments.
• Automatic generation of titles, hooks, captions, descriptions, and platform-specific variations.
• Intelligent routing of assets through editing and approval workflows.
• AI quality assurance before publication.
• Automatic scheduling and publishing across multiple platforms.
• Performance analysis that feeds directly back into future clip selection.
• Internal AI agents that continuously recommend workflow improvements.
• Dashboards that monitor production velocity, quality, turnaround time, and business impact.

Your responsibility is to understand the workflow deeply enough that you can help design the systems that eventually automate it.

You should constantly bring ideas to the engineering team that eliminate friction, increase quality, reduce manual work, and improve scalability.

We expect the production system you help build to become one of the strategic assets of the company.

Success Looks Like This

Within 30 days:

Every meaningful conversation enters a structured production pipeline.

Within 60 days:

Content production becomes predictable, measurable, and repeatable.

Within 90 days:

Won consistently publishes more than 500 high-quality pieces of content every month.

Within 12 months:

Large portions of the content production process have been replaced with AI-driven workflows that you helped design.

Within several years:

The systems you helped create become a competitive advantage for the company and potentially evolve into capabilities we use across our business and products.

• Social media management and recording: Buffer, Metricool, Riverside

Experience With Every Tool Is Not Required.

The ability to rapidly master new tools is.

Compensation

Base salary of $4,000 to $5,500 USD per month.

Performance bonuses tied to operational excellence, production volume, quality, automation milestones, audience growth, and overall business impact.

We intentionally pay above market because we are looking for exceptional people who want exceptional responsibility.
