Jeeves is seeking a results-driven Sales professional to join our Bogotá-based hybrid team. You will drive prospecting, lead generation, and qualification to create a healthy pipeline for our fintech platform. English fluency and CRM experience are essential for collaborating with global teams.

You will engage in outbound tactics, coordinate with Account Executives, and help refine campaigns by sharing insights from customer interactions. Come join a fast-growing fintech leader.

Formación

• 3+ years in sales or customer-facing roles in fintech/tech.
• Fluent in English; Jeeves is a global company and English is the internal language.
• Experience with lead generation and lead qualification.
• Familiarity with prospecting tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator or ZoomInfo.
• CRM proficiency with systems like Salesforce or HubSpot.

Responsabilidades

• Prospecting and Lead Generation: identify potential clients and research them to build a strong pipeline.
• Outbound Sales: perform calls, emails, and social outreach to connect with prospects and set introductory meetings.
• Lead qualification: assess client needs and fit using BANT criteria or similar.
• CRM management: maintain accurate lead data and track interactions in the CRM.
• Collaboration: work with Account Executives to ensure smooth handoffs of qualified leads.
• Market research: stay updated on fintech trends to tailor outreach.
• Performance tracking: monitor outreach and conversion metrics to improve results.
• Campaign participation: assist on sales/marketing campaigns and provide feedback.
• Continuous learning: stay updated on Jeeves products and value propositions.
