Octus Fundamentals is seeking a Fundamentals Operations Associate to act as the operational backbone of a fast-moving data platform used by credit professionals worldwide. You will resolve user queries, support analysts, maintain data quality, and help ensure our coverage universe stays accurate and current.

For Bogotá-based candidates, the first six months require a 7:00 am – 4:00 pm local shift to support training, with hours normalizing to 9:00 am – 6:00 pm as you ramp up, with occasional

• Proven ability to manage large volumes of data accurately with unwavering attention to detail.
• Strong prioritisation instincts and ability to stay composed with multiple tasks.
• Clear and confident written and verbal communication across analyst and operations teams.
• Comfortable switching contexts and maintaining quality as work evolves.
• Background in a data operations role within financial services.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor data alerts and retrieve financial documents to keep analysts' models up to date.
• Identify and validate correct financial documents for models with proper entity, period and filing type.
• Investigate and resolve user requests related to model update queries.
• Support a team of financial analysts with data needs and day-to-day tasks.
• Take on ad-hoc projects to improve data quality and strengthen operational processes.
• Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and leverage AI tools for efficiency.
• Maintain and expand coverage across liquid and private credit markets, onboarding issuers and tracking changes.
