Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Finance and Accounting Analyst to join the Global Services Finance or Procurement teams in Bogotá. The role supports daily accounting operations, reconciliations, and financial reporting in a global, process-driven environment.

The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance/business, has at least 2 years of experience, and demonstrates strong analytical skills, English proficiency, and collaborative abilities to work across regions.

1. Sustain Operational Excellence Responsible for completing daily operations in your area. Accountable for completeness, accuracy, validity, and timeline of the process responsible. Support account reconciliations, financial analyses, and supporting schedules. Maintain accounting records and documentation in accordance with corporate policies and regulatory requirements. Deep expertise, fully knowledgeable of the Worldwide Procedures and compliance requirements for respective areas Understand, adhere, and complete per worldwide policies and procedures.
2. Audit & Compliance Support Participate in internal and external audit activities by preparing supporting documentation and responding to audit requests. Assist with audit planning activities, schedules, communication follow-up, and tracking of audit deliverables.

4. Be a Trusted Business Partner Implement global Strategy & Solutions in line with taxonomy. 5. Create Game-Changing Innovation Generate ideas, fosters, and implements continuous improvement approach, identifying and pursuing process efficiency opportunities. Propose process improvements, generating ideas and implementing them.

Qualifications / Requirements:

Education & Experience:

• A bachelor's degree is required (accounting, finance, economy, business administration or related fields).
• Minimum 2 years of professional experience.
• Statutory accounting and financial statement preparation.

Skills:

• Analytical Reasoning & Problem Solving: Exhibits strong problem-solving skills, risk assessment, and data-driven decision-making to avoid costs, attention to detail and mitigate risk
• Accounting: Understands accounting principles and financial statements (profit and loss, balance sheet, and cash flow), ensuring accurate reporting and compliance. Provides insights to enhance financial health and reduce risks.
